Moncton Highland Games

Welcome to the official website of Moncton Highland Games, which promises to be even more spectacular than 2008. An event second to none in the Highland Games calendar.

Enjoy playing your part in this unique experience. The Moncton Highland Games were first held in 2007 at Victoria Park under the auspices of the Moncton Chapter of the New Brunswick Scottish Association.

This endeavor was to bring to Greater Moncton a venue to celebrate one of the founding cultures of New Brunswick.

The Celtic peoples make up thirty-seven percent of the population, yet the Gaelic language is unheard on the streets.

By enabling the Celtic peoples to experience their culture and revel in it's excitement, the games committee hopes to bring a fresh resurgence of pride and commitment to restoring Scottish culture to it's rightful place in our society.
